Creation of personalized meal and supplement plan based on individuals preferred food choices. [Will include breakdown of daily macronutrients & total calorie requirements.]
Plan PRE & POST workout meals/supplementation timing based on individuals training schedule
Grocery shopping list/cooking tips.
4 – BI-WEEKLY FOLLOW UP SESSIONS INCLUDED Check in with individual on progress toward short and long term goals.
Adjust nutrition plan based on progress. Prevent plateaus.
