Nutrition consultation will focus on creating nutrient-dense meal/supplement plans based around whole foods to meet an individuals fitness goals and optimize athletic recovery.
Discussion of short and long term nutrition goals.
Calculated resting metabolic rate and body composition.
Creation of personalized meal and supplement plan based on individuals preferred food choices. [Will include breakdown of daily macronutrients & total calorie requirements.]
Plan PRE & POST workout meals/supplementation timing based on individuals training schedule
Grocery shopping list/cooking tips.
4 – BI-WEEKLY FOLLOW UP SESSIONS INCLUDED
Check in with individual on progress toward short and long term goals.
Adjust nutrition plan based on progress. Prevent plateaus.
Provide new meal options for variety.
Encouragement to maintain accountability.
